Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at curt@dtmpowersports.com. Returns must be sent to: 222 Harding Highway, Monroeville, NJ 08343. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, oil, chemicals, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges Return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If shipping into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Restocking fee Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item's price, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds We'll notify you once your return is inspected. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at curt@dtmpowersports.com.
